Dr. Pavlou is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He first received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University in Boston, MA. Dr. Pavlou then went on to earn his medical degree from St. George’s University. He did his Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center.

Dr. Pavlou has 25+ years of practicing all GI disorders and is one of the founding physicians of Gastroenterology Diagnostics in 1994. He specializes in general GI, colon cancer screening, IBD, IBS, and GERD. Dr. Pavlou has hospital affiliations with St. Joseph’s University Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Wayne Medical Center, Chilton Medical Center, and HackensackUMC Mountainside.

Dr. Pavlou is fluent in English, Greek, and Spanish. He enjoys skiing in the winter and the beach in summer with friends and family.
